Federation seeks development worker for PRS project

Newcastle Tenants and Residents Federation is looking for an enthusiastic community development worker for a three-year project.

The worker will be expected to engage with tenants living in the margins of the private rented sector (PRS) in Newcastle, to enable them to articulate their housing issues, and develop an intervention action plan to bring improvements to their quality of life.

This full-time contract is fixed-term for three years, paying £22,500 a year.
